Job Title: Senior Python Developer Experience: 4–6 years Location: Mumbai

About the Role We are seeking a Senior Python Developer with strong expertise in REST API development at scale. You will build high-performance backend services, design scalable architectures, deploy on AWS, and mentor junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities ●Develop and maintain scalable RESTful APIs using Flask/FastAPI. ●Design and optimize database models using ORMs (SQLAlchemy/Django ORM). ●Work extensively with PostgreSQL. ●Implement distributed/background tasks using Celery and RabbitMQ. ●Deploy and manage applications on AWS (ECS/Fargate, EC2, RDS, Lambda, Glue). ●Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams. ●Perform code reviews, mentor juniors, and troubleshoot production issues.

Required Skills & Experience ●5+ years of backend development with Python. ●Proven experience in REST API development at scale. ●Strong proficiency in Flask (mandatory), with Django/FastAPI a plus. ●Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and ORM frameworks. ●Experience with Redis, Celery, and RabbitMQ. ●Proficiency with AWS services and Docker. ●Strong understanding of CI/CD, Git workflows, and testing. ●Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
