Stampede Culinary Partners is looking for a skilled Senior Financial Analyst – Operations to join our Finance & Accounting team! If you have a passion for financial analysis, manufacturing operations, and turning data into meaningful business insights, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. This hybrid Senior Financial Analyst role gives you the opportunity to work closely with plant leadership, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Finance while supporting financial performance across our multi-site production network. You'll analyze manufacturing costs and operational performance, develop KPIs and reporting, support budgeting and forecasting, and provide financial insights that help improve cost, productivity, and margins.

YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER

As a Senior Financial Analyst – Operations, you'll analyze production variances including yield, labor, overhead, and purchase price variance while supporting accurate product costing and monthly close activities. You'll develop and maintain operational KPIs around procurement, yield, scrap, inventory, working capital, and labor efficiency while producing dashboards and reports that help identify trends and improvement opportunities.

You'll also partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Procurement to support production planning, cost improvement initiatives, and operational decisions. In addition, you'll support Operations budgets and monthly forecasts, analyze inventory trends, evaluate capital investments and ROI, and help drive reporting automation and standardization across sites.

WHAT'S REQUIRED?

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 3–6+ years of experience in financial analysis and manufacturing, operations, or supply chain finance
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
  • Advanced Excel proficiency
  • Experience with ERP systems and data tools
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across departments
  • Power BI experience and Aspen Canopy familiarity are a plus!
