Analyst, Financial Analysis

We rely on our analysts to develop, interpret, and implement financial concepts for planning and control. Their technical analysis of present and future financial performance informs all kinds of management decisions and strategies. And their research has an impact on everything from acquisitions and investments to customer deals, working capital requirements and forecasting.
What you’ll achieve:
As an Analyst, you will support data preparation, reconciliations and reporting for planning and performance reviews, building experience across FP&A workflows. You’ll assist with templates and documentation that keep cycles on track. This role offers broad exposure and growth in corporate finance.

Responsibilities
You will:

- Experience international rotations for top performers while networking with senior leaders and executives

Essential Requirements
- Chartered accountant qualified in 2026 only as finance development program is for entry level candidates
- Adaptability and Resilience: With regular rotations as part of structure, adaptability, resilience to quickly learn and contribute back is critical
- Finance Acumen: Ability to function as a Finance partner to stakeholder
- Analytical Skills: The ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions from the data
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with colleagues, clients, and vendors
- Problem-Solving: The ability to identify financial issues, suggest solutions, and make data-driven recommendations
- Excel and other Advanced Data analysis Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI and other AI tools
