Job Overview
This role is under the Acute Care Therapy (ACT) team, equip with in-depth product knowledge for the assigned product portfolio, provide training and support to the customers/distributors, establish strong relationship with KOLs in each product line, develop/implement marketing plans for the assigned product portfolio, and achieve the annual sales target.
Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the assigned product portfolio, including their features and clinical benefits
- Sales/Product Presentations: Deliver persuasive presentations and product demonstrations to hospital key stakeholders such as doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with KOLs for each product line & major healthcare associations, i.e. Emergency & Critical Care Society, Cardiac Thoracic & Vascular Society, Perfusionist Society, Anesthesia Society, etc.
- Marketing Support: conduct market research, collect and provide in-market sales data report, develop product materials and programs that supports ACT marketing activities
- Event Support: Coordinate with internal & external stakeholders for Getinge educational events, new product launch events, or third-party conferences to advocate Getinge brand, product & solutions in alignment with MarCom guidelines and procedures
- Professional Education: Coordinate and conduct training sessions for healthcare professionals/Distributors to enhance their knowledge of the products
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management; collect in-market sales data, and report market trends and competitor activities regularly and timely in accordance with internal procedures
- Customer Support: Address customers/distributors complaints & closely follow up in a timely manner
- Market Access: Able to communicate with Taiwan Authority (National Health Insurance) and provide support to the market access tasks related to NHI reimbursement
- Others: Perform other duties assigned by the Manager and/or the Company
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Medical, Healthcare related, or Business
- At least 3~5 years of sales, product & marketing working experience in medical device or healthcare related field, preferably with a background in Nursing, Respiratory therapy or perfusionist
- Demonstrated experience in new product launch.
- Demonstrated written and oral communications skills including strong presentation skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in both Mandarin and English.
