We’re currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Digital Product Analyst.
In this hands-on role, you’ll help shape, deliver and manage key journeys and features across HSBC UK Mobile and Online Banking. You’ll sit close to customer insight, data and day-to-day product performance—working with Product, Technology, Design, Analytics and business stakeholders to turn customer needs into measurable improvements that make banking simpler, clearer and more accessible for millions of customers.

In this role you’ll:
- Work as part of an agile squad, contributing to sprint planning, refinement, reviews and retrospectives
- Build a clear understanding of customer needs using research, feedback, complaints, frontline insight, usability findings and behavioural data
- Help clarify problem statements and shape solution options, balancing customer value, business impact, feasibility, security, risk and accessibility
- Support backlog management and prioritisation with evidence-based analysis and a clear view of intended outcomes
- Coordinate delivery across Technology, Design, Testing, Operations, Risk, Fraud and Compliance to ensure smooth releases and robust outcomes
- Monitor journey and feature performance (including OKRs), share insights with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement through BAU ownership
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
