We are the Product Integrity AI/ML team, and we develop and deliver software that supports the creation of Apple’s unparalleled hardware product line. Our software is used by both Apple engineers and third-party accessory manufacturers to develop and debug their systems, with high visibility throughout the company. Description

As a Senior Software Engineer on our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering high-impact AI/ML solutions that redefine how Apple designs, manufactures, and tests hardware products. The software you build will power data-driven decisions, uncover new insights, and enable breakthrough capabilities across Hardware Engineering and beyond.

We operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to quickly iterate, validate, and deploy practical AI/ML solutions at scale.

Minimum Qualifications

8+ years of professional experience developing production-grade software systems, with a focus on AI/ML Expertise in Python and/or object-oriented languages, with experience building and deploying AI/ML applications at scale Hands-on experience with LLMs, custom model development, and RAG/agentic architectures Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications

Strong interest in emerging ML technologies and a passion for continuous learning and knowledge-sharing Experience building, leading, or mentoring high-performing software engineering teams Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
