Position Summary You will lead the local management and commercial delivery of a specialty therapeutic product in Taiwan. You will translate global strategy into local plans, work closely with medical, sales, market access and above-market teams, and build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals. Responsibilities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Translate global brand strategy into practical local plans and tactical execution for Taiwan. - Develop and run multi-channel marketing and customer engagement activities aligned with local needs. - Work with medical, sales, market access and external agencies to deliver integrated campaigns and field training. - Gather and use market insights, customer feedback and data to shape plans and improve performance. - Manage vendor partners, budgets and operational deliverables to ensure timely, compliant execution. - Ensure all activities follow local regulations and company policies, and support ethical customer engagement.
Why You? This role is based in Taiwan and is offered as a hybrid working arrangement. You will spend time in the office and time working remotely and in the field to meet customers and support the sales team.
Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals: - Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, business, or related field. - Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical product or brand management. - Experience working with cross-functional teams and adapting global strategy locally. - Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal. - Solid analytical skills with ability to turn data into clear actions. - Proactive, organized and able to manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: - Experience in oncology, hematology, or other specialty therapy areas. - Familiarity with Taiwan healthcare system, reimbursement and hospital-based channels. - Experience with omnichannel marketing and digital customer engagement tools. - Background in field support, sales training or working directly with healthcare professionals. - Demonstrated experience in budget management and vendor coordination. - Advanced skills in data tools, market insights or forecasting.
