Position Summary

The Associate Engineer will support manufacturing operations by providing incident management, L1/L2 technical support, and administration of manufacturing test platforms. The role is responsible for troubleshooting downtime issues, supporting tester environments, and assisting with equipment automation, system integration, and networking activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support manufacturing downtime and incident management across F1, F2, and F3 production areas.
  • Provide L1/L2 support for software, hardware, and basic network-related issues.
  • Administer manufacturing test platforms, including Windows, non-Windows, and legacy tester environments.
  • Support tester software deployment, maintenance, and change management.
  • Assist in equipment automation, system integration, and networking projects.
  • Ensure data integrity, system security, and hardware compatibility of manufacturing systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • Open to fresh graduates.
  • Basic knowledge of software, hardware, and network troubleshooting.
  • Willing to work onsite in General Trias, Cavite and support a rotating 24/7 schedule

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of Python, scripting, automation, or web development
