THE ROLE
- Deliver complex construction and infrastructure projects from concept through to completion.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project delivery processes, systems, and methodologies.
- Manage multiple project interfaces while balancing technical, commercial, and operational priorities.
- Lead high-performing site and project teams in brownfield and greenfield environments.
- Support client satisfaction, business growth, and long-term financial performance.
- Engage with subcontractors, consultants, and senior leadership to achieve successful project outcomes.
- Identify risks early, drive performance improvements, and deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
ABOUT YOU
- Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline
- Adaptable to fast pace change and willing to work within a strong team alongside multiple engineers, Supervisors and Superintendents
- 5+ years experience as Project Manager or Snr Project Manager working in complex construction or infrastructure projects
- Strong attention to detail supported by a solid technical foundation
- Demonstrated success in managing and delivering complex construction projects
- Strong commercial acumen with expertise in budgeting, forecasting and contract management
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
