About the Role

  • Join the Authorization Services - UNIX (ASU) team and support enterprise cybersecurity initiatives focused on Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
  • Support the administration and governance of UNIX/Linux access across a large global enterprise environment.
  • Help drive the migration and adoption of modern access management solutions, including BoKS and StrongDM.
  • Partner with cybersecurity, infrastructure, application, and support teams to ensure secure and compliant access to critical systems.
  • Contribute to audit, compliance, and security control activities while delivering excellent customer support.

About the Team

  • The team is responsible for managing access to UNIX/Linux systems across production and non-production environments.
  • We support user account management, service account lifecycle management, privileged access, and access governance.
  • Our team administers and supports technologies such as UNIX/Linux Access Management, BoKS Access Control and StrongDM controls.
  • We work closely with global cybersecurity, infrastructure, application support, and audit teams.
  • The role will collaborate primarily with the offshore Manila-based team while supporting stakeholders across multiple regions.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Provision, modify, and decommission user and service accounts on UNIX/Linux platforms.
  • Review, process, and fulfill access requests in accordance with security policies and established SLAs.
  • Administer and support BoKS and StrongDM identity and access management solutions.
  • Investigate and resolve access-related incidents, user issues, and authentication problems.
  • Perform access reviews, compliance validations, and audit support activities.
  • Develop and maintain operational procedures, standards, and technical documentation.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation through scripting and tooling.

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Cybersecurity, Identity & Access Management, Privileged Access Management, or UNIX/Linux administration.
  • Working knowledge of UNIX/Linux operating systems, SSH, sudo, and account management concepts.
  • Experience working with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with global teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
