About Jifiti

Jifiti is a leading global fintech company that powers white-labeled embedded lending solutions for leading banks, lenders and merchants — including HNB, Barclays, RBC, Citizens Bank, FIS, Finastra, Ingenico, IKEA, and other financial and investment companies. We operate worldwide, mainly across the US and Europe, with a well-established solution and a mature market presence.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Project Manager to own our projects end-to-end. You will manage scope, timelines, quality, and estimations across the full delivery flow — technical and business alike — partnering with R&D, Product, Support, and Implementation to deliver customer value fast. You will also make AI capabilities and tools an integral part of how you manage, track, and report on projects.

Responsibilities

  • Own project delivery — Oversee end-to-end development and implementation, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget; define project objectives, scope, and roles & responsibilities.
  • Plan & resource — Prepare detailed project plans scheduling key milestones, workstreams and activities, and manage resource requirements, availability & allocation across internal and third-party teams.
  • Drive the squad — Own delivery end-to-end (discovery to production) and lead the squad's daily execution, setting priorities and resource allocation with the Product Manager and Tech / Dev Lead. You lead through trust, credibility, and influence.
  • Cross-functional / matrix collaboration — Partner with R&D, Product, Data, Support, and Implementation teams to align delivery with business goals, and act as the key customer touchpoint for escalations and satisfaction.
  • Track, report & manage risk — Provide regular status reporting and dashboards to stakeholders per project management standards; manage changes in scope and schedule and identify and mitigate risks.
  • Leverage AI capabilities — Use AI capabilities and tools as an integral part of managing the project — for status reports, dashboards, analysis, and other delivery workflows.
  • Optimize & improve — Shorten time to value (TTV), refine methodologies, streamline delivery, and foster a culture of accountability and customer-centric excellence.

Requirements

  • Proven 5–8 years of demonstrated experience as a Technical Project Manager on a SaaS product, delivering complex projects to global customers (fintech / financial-services experience an advantage) — a Must
  • Experience working outbound with international clients — a Must
  • Proven track record of collaboration with R&D and Product teams in an Agile environment — a Must
  • Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal — a Must
  • Technical fluency — strong technical understanding and hands-on experience, able to grasp system architecture, integrations, APIs, and testing processes, and engage credibly with R&D on technical trade-offs.
  • Experience with estimations and managing project-level budget.
  • Ability to drive project-based as well as ad-hoc work — managing tasks, schedules, and deliverables — and to function in dynamic environments, whether leading or following.
  • Ability to work in matrix mode, managing technical personnel and processes associated with SDLC and project management.
  • Effective communication skills at all organizational levels, including written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Tools & Methodologies

  • Agile delivery — Scrum / Kanban, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative delivery within the SDLC.
  • Project & work management — Jira, Confluence, Slack, roadmap/planning tools, and other project management and AI-powered tools for tracking, communication, and reporting on workstreams and deliverables.
  • Reporting & dashboards — Status dashboards and reporting frameworks that give stakeholders real-time visibility into delivery and risk.
