About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our Delivery & Service team in Sofia, Bulgaria. In this role, you will take full ownership of engineering delivery projects from early involvement through preparation, establishment, implementation, and closure. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business success.

Main Responsibilities:
Project Delivery Management
- Own and manage the entire project delivery lifecycle - from early involvement, preparation, and establishment through implementation to project closure.
- Deliver projects with low cost and high quality in accordance with the contract, taking responsibility for delivery schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Strictly observe the "contract-based delivery and budget implementation" principle to ensure all delivery activities align with contracts and approved budgets.
- Control project plans, progress, and budgets to achieve delivery and profit objectives.
Project Governance & Risk Management
- Follow project management processes and conduct regular project meetings.
- Monitor and supervise project operations, decide on major project issues, and drive related business departments to resolve problems and provide required support.
- Mitigate project risks and escalate major issues to Sponsors and management as needed.
Quality Management
- Serve as the primary owner of project quality management.
- Guarantee quality management resources and ensure quality standards are implemented on site.
Stakeholder & Customer Management
- Maintain smooth communication with customers and internal teams.
- Respond quickly to customer requirements and urgent issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Experience & Background
- Over 5 years of work experience in the ICT industry, with no less than 3 years in project management.
- Project delivery experience with operators and PMP certification will be considered a priority.
- Experience managing multi-vendor integration and multicultural teams is a strong advantage.
Technical & Business Knowledge
- Familiar with IT/Software, Telecom communications products, or TK engineering business operations and communication engineering construction standards.
- Understanding of contracts, subcontracting, procurement, and commercial knowledge.
- Familiar with one or several information or communication products/solutions, including basic technical principles, industry criteria, and marketing rules.
- Grasp project management methodology and related finance knowledge to effectively control project plans, business operations, quality, and risk.
- Project bid capability with familiarity in related processes, law, service, commerce, and finance knowledge.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership skills - able to build a project team and lead it toward objectives with active cooperation.
- Excellent understanding and communication skills — able to establish close customer relationships, deeply understand and analyze customer needs, and actively manage customer expectations.
- Customer-centric mindset with good teamwork spirit and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong objective orientation with work culture adaptiveness.
- Ability to bear hardships and stand hard work, and adapt to a multicultural work environment.
- English as the working language.
Education
- University degree in Telecommunications, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or Business.
