Key Responsibilities of the QA Specialists:

  • Conduct product analysis and inspection, including physical, chemical, and microbiological testing of Magnolia and coffee products.
  • Review and verify receiving documents and Certificates of Analysis (COA) for coffee products.
  • Prepare complete, accurate, and timely inspection, analysis, and verification reports.
  • Investigate non‑conforming raw materials, manufactured products, and traded products.
  • Coordinate disposition and replacement of coffee products related to customer complaints.
  • Implement and monitor retention and excess sample inventory management.
  • Review Corrective Action Reports (CARs) to ensure effective closure.
  • Inspect and verify product conditions in Sta. Rosa, RTE, and Marikina warehouses.
  • Monitor and control on‑hold and released product status.
  • Conduct audits and verification checks for GHP, GWP, company procedures, and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain 5S practices, document control, and QA record archiving.
  • Collaborate with operations, logistics, and warehouse teams on continuous improvement initiatives.
