Manager - Cybersecurity Portfolio Management (Cyber Defence & Resilience)

Position Overview

This is a business management role to help the Cybersecurity Portfolio director to manage the cyber business using financial numbers. It also evolves rapidly and staff will need to continuously and pro-actively explore, discover and prioritise ways to improve the running of the Cybersecurity Portfolio. Constant self-learning, re-invention, and creative and lateral thinking are expected. Candidates should also note that this role may be transitional, with staff being offered expanded opportunities in other areas in Healthcare Technology.

This is a 2 year direct contract role.

Role & Responsibilities

• Support in the management and operations of the Cybersecurity Portfolio for Public Healthcare,

• Monitor programme/ portfolio reporting and support cybersecurity portfolio management office.

• Calendar management – Coordinate/Schedule meetings, Formal minute taking and follow up on issue raise from various forums.

• Liaise closely with stakeholders and project managers for status reporting and tracking. Provide secretariat support to the cybersecurity portfolio team.

• Ensure cybersecurity portfolio compliance and portfolio governance process.

• Maintain document filing structure/ repository (SharePoint) and update cybersecurity portfolio intranet site time to time.

• Manage multiple IT and Finance stakeholders in the Ministry of Health (MOH), Public Healthcare Clusters and Agencies

• Assist to support portfolio-related initiatives as and when called upon by the Cybersecurity Portfolio chair/co-chair.

Requirements

• Ability to structure thought quickly and communicate succinctly verbally, in presentations and in documents.

• Ability to engage, manage and work with colleagues and peers at all levels.

• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint skills. Knowledge of SharePoint is an advantage.

• Project/Program Management (PMO) experience is a requirement.

• Familiarity with cost management and IT strategy and management will be good. Knowledge in Cybersecurity is an advantage.

• Minimum Diploma holder. Certification in Computer Science / Information Systems / Technology is an advantage.

• Enthusiastic collaborator and team player with positive attitude. Self-motivated, team -oriented, and hands-on personality, comfortable in driving and managing change as well as challenging the status quo.
