Technology Environment

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience as a PM in IT (project/delivery management, planning, stakeholder management)
  • Hands-on background or proven experience in Robotics (mobile robots, drones, robot arms, quadrupeds, etc.) or Embedded systems - this is not optional
  • Practical understanding of ROS/ROS2 development processes and challenges (you don't need to code daily, but you need to understand what your engineers are building and where the risks are)
  • Deep understanding of SDLC Understanding of modern agile and iterative methodologies
  • Fluency in English (C1)
  • Due to the client's and project’s needs, occasional visits to the client's Warsaw office (approximately twice a month) may be required.
  • Willingness to work across various time zones
  • Strong soft skills and a "can do" attitude

Nice to Have:

  • Experienced in using AI tools in day-to-day workflow
  • Prior experience managing or working alongside teams building on ROS/ROS2, or with sensors such as LiDAR, stereovision, RGBD cameras, or GPS+RTK
  • Experience with IoT devices - both integration and management systems
  • Exposure to simulation tools (Gazebo, NVIDIA Isaac Sim, Simulink)

We are a Spyrosoft team specializing in robotics, supporting both startups and well-known brands in software development for mobile robots, drones and domestic products. The team works on sensor bringup, ROS 1 and 2, SLAM, computer vision, and integration with enterprise platforms.

Scope of Services:

  • Take full ownership of project delivery in an autonomous role
  • Analyze and define development plans together with the customer
  • Manage multiple teams working on robotics/embedded projects
  • Work with internal and external (customer) stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Bridge technical robotics teams and business/client expectations, translating technical risk and progress into terms stakeholders understand
