What you’ll do:

Eaton announced, on June 11, 2026, the intent to combine its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) with a new company. We expect to complete this process by the end of the first half of 2027. The compensation and benefits that will initially be offered for this position are based on Eaton's plans, programs and practices. If you are offered and accept this position and are actively employed by the Mobility Group when the transaction closes, the new company will provide further details to employees concerning compensation and benefits at that time.

The Master Data Management (MDM) Analyst is responsible for supporting Master Data Management and Data Governance activities for assigned business domains. This role ensures accurate, complete, and timely maintenance of master data across source systems and downstream platforms such as Eaton.com, AEM, and distributor channels. The position works closely with business stakeholders, data stewards, and technology teams to execute data quality processes, support governance initiatives, resolve data issues, and enable effective use of enterprise data. The role contributes to product data readiness, operational efficiency, and customer experience through high-quality master data management practices.

  • Execute master data maintenance activities across assigned domains while ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Support Master Data Management initiatives and data governance programs by following established standards and processes.
  • Create, update, validate, and maintain product and master data within enterprise systems.
  • Identify data quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to close data gaps.
  • Drive data governance practices, including the development and enforcement of standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure timely and accurate data syndication to external platforms such as Eaton.com, AEM, and distributor systems.
  • Collaborate with business users, data stewards, and IT teams to gather data requirements and resolve data-related issues.
  • Utilize data analysis tools to monitor data health, generate insights, and support decision-making.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and data stewards involved in MDM activities.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve MDM processes, tools, and workflows to enhance data quality and operational efficiency.
  • Support AEM and PDH for integration with Eaton.com & order center.
  • Apply advanced analytics and AI-enabled tools to enhance data quality monitoring, stewardship efficiency, and root cause analysis.
  • Provide strong electrical domain business understanding to ensure data models, definitions, and governance decisions align with industry requirements and operational needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Master Data Management, Product Data Management, Data Governance, or related business operations.
  • At least 3-year exp in Master data management.

Skills:
