Job Description
- Business Process Analysis: Analyse business processes across the Finance, Supply Chain, and plantations value chain, with a focus on SAP SD, or ACM modules.
- Requirements Gathering: Work closely with key users to understand, analyze, and document business processes and requirements. Serve as the bridge to translate business requirements into technical requirements.
- SAP Implementation & Configuration: Participate in the full project lifecycle, including system evaluation, gap analysis, solution design, configuration (where applicable), testing, and post-go-live support.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Manage all communications between users, the project team, and IT vendors/consultants regarding system functionalities and needs. Socialize solutions and decisions to users effectively.
- Process Improvement: Consistently monitor systems and review business processes with the view to improve efficiency, productivity, and enhance controls.
- Governance & Compliance: Work with the Policy and Monitoring team to ensure appropriate controls and approved business prcesses are in place, ensuring consistency across different locations and countries.
