Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You are responsible for global product marketing for our angiography portfolio, developing forward-looking marketing strategies, compelling value propositions, and clear market positioning.
- You drive strategic marketing initiatives and support the successful commercialization of key business priorities.
- You take on a coordinating role within the Cardiovascular Care business and collaborate closely with adjacent clinical segments as well as international stakeholders.
- You design and implement innovative marketing programs focused on future-oriented topics such as artificial intelligence, sustainability, and healthcare system transformation.
- You plan, lead, and support global marketing activities surrounding international congresses, customer events, and thought leadership initiatives.
- You represent the portfolio in customer meetings and presentations, engaging diverse audiences with clear messaging and strong market insight.

Your qualifications and experience:
- You hold a university degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable discipline.
- You bring extensive experience in product marketing, strategic marketing, or commercial marketing within the healthcare, MedTech, or medical device industry. Leveraging your clinical experience and understanding of medical processes and care pathways, you identify customer needs and translate them into successful marketing strategies.
- You have a proven track record of successfully leading global, cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives.
- You excel at aligning diverse stakeholder interests and presenting complex topics in a structured, audience-appropriate manner.
- You have experience in the development, positioning, and commercialization of innovative solutions, as well as in the planning and execution of international marketing initiatives.
- You bring experience in organizing and delivering congresses, events, and customer engagement formats.
- You are proficient in standard Microsoft Office applications and possess strong project management skills, enabling you to effectively plan, steer, and successfully execute complex projects.

- You are willing to travel internationally in connection with your role, including customer visits and congresses (10-20%).
- International experience is a plus.
