Full description

We are building a new OCI Performance team and seeking an engineering leader to build and grow the organization from the ground up. This leader will define performance and availability KPIs, drive efficiency across OCI services, and lead the development of new services and tools that enable OCI’s next-generation cloud capabilities across diverse environments.

Manages teams delivering scalable, resilient distributed systems across a 2–4 quarter horizon. Establishes engineering standards for scalability, performance, SLOs, observability, and fault tolerance while overseeing operational readiness and incident management. Drives security, compliance, IaC, automation, and change management to enable reliable, high-performance cloud services at scale.
