- Help monitor network performance for collaboration tools, engineering workflows, and business applications.
- Maintain regional documentation, circuit information, vendor contacts, and escalation paths.
- Participate in planned maintenance, office changes, and incident response activities across multiple time zones as needed.
- Escalate complex regional connectivity, compliance, or carrier issues to senior engineers or management.
Datacenter Network Support
- Support the physical and logical network environment at the company’s collocated datacenter.
- Assist with top-of-rack switching, routing, load balancers, out-of-band management, and datacenter connectivity.
- Help coordinate smart-hands activities, cross-connect changes, and carrier-related tasks under direction.
- Support hybrid connectivity between the datacenter and AWS, including VPN and Direct Connect-related operational tasks.
- Maintain accurate datacenter network documentation, diagrams, and runbooks.
- Participate in disaster recovery and failover testing as assigned.
AWS and Cloud Networking Support
