HR Project Manager – 15+ Years' Experience
Responsible for planning and managing complex HR projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, schedule, budget and quality requirements.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Develop and manage HR project plans, timelines and deliverables.
- Coordinate stakeholders and project resources.
- Monitor project risks, dependencies, budgets and progress.
- Lead HR transformation and improvement initiatives.
- Establish project governance and reporting mechanisms.
