In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
• Provide Salesforce CRM support (break/fix, configuration, enhancements, monitoring, testing, troubleshooting) in line with agreed service levels
• Administer Salesforce environments including user management, security, profiles, roles, permission sets, and data access
• Design, configure, and develop Salesforce solutions using declarative tools and custom development where required
• Build and maintain flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and automation to support business processes
• Develop and maintain Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce (as required), and integrations
• Support CRM enhancements, releases, and deployments following change management and governance processes
• Proactively monitor system health, usage trends, and data quality to identify improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and product owners to translate requirements into scalable CRM solutions
• Support integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems (ERP, marketing automation, digital platforms)

For This Role, You Will Need:
• 3–6 years of hands‑on experience with Salesforce CRM administration and/or development
• Strong experience with Salesforce configuration, security model, and standard CRM objects
• Hands‑on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs
• Experience building Salesforce automation using Flows, Process Builder (where applicable), and validation rules
• Experience supporting Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud (Experience Cloud a plus)
• Understanding of Salesforce release management, environments, and deployment tools
• Experience working with integrations, data migration, and data quality best practices
• Solid understanding of CRM best practices, scalable design principles, and governance.
