Job Summary
- Seeking a Data Scientist to develop advanced natural language processing and Named Entity Recognition capabilities within an Agentic AI framework
- The successful candidate will develop models and pipelines for automated knowledge extraction from multilingual, unstructured natural language data
Primary Responsibilities
- Train and develop NLP and NER capabilities for LLM-based solutions
- Develop solutions within Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph
- Perform supervised and unsupervised model training and validation
- Develop automated knowledge-extraction capabilities from unstructured text
- Process multilingual natural language data without dependence on predefined ontologies
- Develop and maintain preprocessing and data-retrieval pipelines
- Evaluate data quality and readiness for model integration
- Integrate customer data sources into AI/ML solutions
- Address enterprise data compliance, governance, and policy requirements
- Ensure solutions support organizational and end-user needs
Required Qualifications
- Must have active Top Secret/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph
- Master’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience, Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of relevant experience, Associate's degree with 10 years of in-depth relevant experience that is clearly related to the position
- Experience developing NLP and NER solutions
- Experience working with LLMs
- Experience with supervised and unsupervised learning
- Experience training and validating NLP models
- Experience processing unstructured natural language data
- Experience with automated knowledge extraction
- Understanding of data quality and data-readiness practices
- Familiarity with customer data sources and data-retrieval techniques
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with LangGraph or similar Agentic AI frameworks
- Multilingual NLP experience
- Experience working with enterprise data governance, compliance, and policy requirements
