About the Role
Jeen is looking for an experienced IT & Systems Administrator to manage the company’s day-to-day IT operations. The role includes employee IT support, endpoint and system administration, IT procurement and vendor management, as well as supporting information security and compliance requirements, including those of our defense-sector customers.

Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day operation and support of the company’s IT systems, including troubleshooting and coordination with external IT service providers.
- Manage IT equipment and endpoints, including new employee setup, user accounts and permissions, and equipment/access management during offboarding.
- Provide technical support and ongoing administration of macOS and Windows environments, including MDM tools such as Jamf / Apple Business Manager.
- Configure, deploy, and manage endpoints, including imaging, device enrollment, and security policy enforcement.
- Manage software distribution and patch management using tools such as Microsoft Intune or PDQ Deploy.
- Manage users, groups, and permissions in Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Own IT procurement and vendor management end-to-end, including quotes, orders, deliveries, invoices, and internal coordination.
- Implement and maintain information security and compliance procedures, including documentation, handling sensitive equipment, security systems, and supporting audits and compliance processes.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an IT operational role, including vendor coordination and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with Windows and macOS environments, and hands-on administration of Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Intune / Endpoint Manager, and Entra ID.
- Experience with endpoint setup, configuration, management, and software distribution (Endpoint Provisioning & Deployment).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with excellent organizational skills, ability to work independently, and a strong service-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to undergo a security clearance process.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with IT Asset Management, IT procurement, Service Desk systems, and working in secure or regulated environments.
- Experience with PowerShell, networking (DNS, DHCP, VPN, Firewall), MDM tools, and Backup & Disaster Recovery.
- Security clearance completed within the past 5 years - an advantage.
