Motion Graphic Designer

Position Title: Motion Graphic Designer Department: Creative Reports To: Creative Director

Role Overview:

Visioneers is seeking a talented Motion Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will design and animate engaging motion graphics for a variety of media including video content, digital campaigns, and broadcast materials. This role requires creativity, technical skill, and the ability to collaborate with content creators to effectively communicate ideas through motion visuals.

Responsibilities:

• Create animated graphics, visual effects, and typography for video productions.
• Develop storyboards and animatics to plan motion sequences.
• Collaborate with editors, producers, and other designers to implement cohesive visual content.
• Stay current with design trends, software updates, and motion graphics techniques.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining design standards.

Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or related field preferred.

• 2+ years of professional experience in motion graphics design.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively within a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage several projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills• Experience with 3D animation software such as Cinema 4D or Blender.

• Knowledge of video editing and compositing techniques.
• Familiarity with current motion design trends and emerging tools.
