- Partner with Business Analysis team and other business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into robust, scalable, and secure solution designs.
- Lead the design of System architecture, integration patterns, and data flows to enable efficient business operations and services.
- Ensure solution designs adhere to Infrastructure architecture, cybersecurity, and compliance standards.
- Work closely with the Technology Infrastructure Architecture team to align application and infrastructure roadmaps.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend fit-for-purpose solutions that enhance performance, cost efficiency, and business value.
- Oversee the technical delivery of solutions, providing architectural guidance and quality assurance during implementation.
- Maintain up-to-date solution architecture documentation and promote architectural best practices across teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s in the field will be preferred).
- Ideally 10 years of experience in IT and development of technology/applications, with at least 3 years in a solutions architecture role focusing on applications and systems integration.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering enterprise business solutions, preferably in financial services or regulated sectors.
- Strong knowledge of application design, integration technologies (APIs, ESB, microservices), and enterprise software platforms.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and agile delivery methods.
- Awareness of IT security, compliance, and risk management principles in solution design.
