Product Manager

Sephora is looking for a strategic and data-driven Product Manager to lead our digital experiences across three critical domains – User, Loyalty, and Personalisation.

You will own the end-to-end digital lifecycle, from the first frictionless signup to the ongoing engagement that keeps our community active and connected. You will sit at the intersection of Digital, Data, UI/UX, and Engineering, defining the roadmap that transforms our digital platforms into a premier, personalised omnichannel destination where our customers feel understood, valued, and empowered.

You will shine here if you enjoy…

User Domain: Frictionless Onboarding and Contactability

  • Designing and optimizing – creating seamless, intuitive onboarding journeys to ensure high conversion from the first touchpoint
  • Driving reachability – improving customer contactability by reducing sign-up friction, strengthening consent capture, and ensuring customer profiles support timely, relevant engagement across Sephora’s omnichannel experience

Loyalty Domain: Engagement and Retention

  • Enhancing loyalty – strengthening Beauty Pass engagement by improving the product experiences that drive participation in loyalty benefits, Rewards Boutique, and member-only moments across Sephora SEA
  • Improving retention and frequency – owning the evolution of re-purchase capabilities to foster advocacy, improving purchase frequency, and driving long-term value
  • Lapsed reactivation – developing and implementing targeted strategies to re-engage lapsed / churned members

Personalisation Domain: Data-Driven Relevance

  • Tailoring the experience – leveraging data, specifically Beauty Profile, to deliver highly relevant recommendations, offers, and content

Growth, Security and Leadership

  • Experimentation – building a culture of evidence-based iteration using A/B testing and competitive analysis
  • Security – implementing robust security measures (e.g. passwordless authentication) and supporting the CSO team with data protection and P0 incident responses
  • Leadership – mentoring junior product managers, leading complex cross-functional initiatives, and translating implementation progress into clear value reporting for senior stakeholders

We would love to hear from you if you are/have…

  • 5-7 years of product management experience, with a focus on consumer-facing Ecommerce or marketplace platforms
  • Proven track record of owning user-centric domains, loyalty programs, or personalisation engines
  • Proven experience managing loyalty program logic, Rewards Boutique structures, lifecycle marketing integration, and customer segmentation insights that inform product roadmap decisions
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Domo, Google Analytics, and Heap
  • Familiarity with data protection regulations and supporting data-security assessments
  • Strong AI fluency with a clear understanding of the PM lifecycle for AI-powered products
  • Comfortable utilising AI tools for day-to-day productivity and have the strategic vision to identify AI-powered features
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of aligning Marketing, Engineering, Data, and CRM around a shared roadmap
  • A genuine interest in retail, beauty, and consumer-centric digital products

Here, you will find:

  • Community, in which authenticity is embraced, and the strength of our differences fuels our collective spirit
  • Culture of empowerment, learning & growth, that offers you the tools, space and opportunity to learn, innovate and lead
  • Work that brings fulfilment, from delighting clients every day, to inspiring our industry at large, every action makes a difference
