RAC Home Services is expanding its presence in the home through innovative security, energy and trade solutions.

We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our Home Services product portfolio across residential and commercial markets.

Reporting to the General Manager, Home Services, you’ll be responsible for shaping product strategy, identifying new opportunities and bringing innovative products and services to market. You’ll balance customer needs with commercial outcomes, using market insights, data and technology to build products that deliver value for members and sustainable growth for RAC.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and execute the Home Services product roadmap across Security, Home Energy and emerging service categories.
  • Lead new product development, commercialisation and lifecycle management from concept through to launch and optimisation.
  • Own key commercial outcomes including pricing, revenue, margin and product profitability.
  • Identify new growth opportunities across B2B, partnerships, technology-enabled services and adjacent home services.
  • Use customer, market and performance insights to inform product decisions and continuously improve the member experience.
  • Work collaboratively across Sales, Operations, Digital & Technology, Marketing, Finance and external partners to deliver successful products.
  • Lead product enablement, training and communications to ensure teams are equipped to deliver and sell our products effectively.

What you’ll bring

  • Demonstrated experience in product or portfolio management, ideally within a complex, customer-focused environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to take end-to-end ownership of initiatives, driving outcomes from concept through to implementation and ongoing optimisation.
  • Experience managing pricing strategy, product profitability and commercial performance metrics.
  • Strong commercial capability across pricing, product performance, revenue and margin management.
  • Experience taking products from idea through to commercialisation and ongoing lifecycle management.
  • Strong analytical capability, with experience using customer, operational and commercial data to make product and pricing decisions.
  • Strong ability to influence and align a broad range of stakeholders, including operations, sales, technology, finance, suppliers and external partners
  • A collaborative, commercially minded approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering outcomes.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Marketing or a related discipline.
