Shape the Future of Digital Manufacturing

Join Noesis and help shape the digital future of Life Sciences manufacturing. As a Digital Solutions Engineer, you will work with modern software applications that improve how medicines and medical products are made by automating workflows, streamlining operations, integrating systems, and supporting digital transformation across pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities.

This role is ideal for an early-career engineer who enjoys solving business and operational challenges through technology. You will begin by building hands-on expertise in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and, over time, develop exposure to a broader digital manufacturing software ecosystem including data historians, process scheduling, product knowledge systems, AI-enabled tools, integration layers, analytics platforms, and other applications that help manufacturers improve workflows and operational performance.

You will work directly with Life Sciences manufacturers and collaborate with customers, project teams, and experienced technical leaders to design, configure, test, and deploy digital manufacturing solutions. We provide mentoring and training in both Life Sciences manufacturing and digital technologies. Recent graduates and early-career engineers with up to three years of experience are encouraged to apply.

What You Will Do

  • Configure, test, and deploy Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions for Life Sciences customers.
  • Participate in customer workshops to understand manufacturing processes and gather business and system requirements.
  • Support software testing, troubleshooting, validation, and commissioning activities.
  • Assist with system integration between MES, business systems, automation platforms, and other digital applications.
  • Develop clear project documentation, test scripts, and customer deliverables.
  • Build strong working relationships with customer stakeholders through regular onsite engagement.
  • Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes through digital solutions and software applications.
  • Work alongside experienced engineers and consultants while developing your technical, consulting, and leadership capabilities.
  • Learn regulated manufacturing practices and modern digital manufacturing technologies.
  • Train on additional digital solution platforms beyond MES, such as data historians, process scheduling, product knowledge management, AI tools, integration middleware, analytics, and other software packages used to solve manufacturing workflow challenges.
