Description:

We're looking for a Senior DevOps Team Leader to lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers supporting a mission-critical Cybersecurity SaaS platform. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on cloud infrastructure, automation, production operations, security, and incident management across multi-cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing DevOps team.
  • Design and manage secure, scalable cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
  • Drive Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), Kubernetes, Helm, and CI/CD best practices.
  • Own production operations, monitoring, service reliability, and incident response.
  • Lead major incident management, escalations, root cause analysis, and post-mortems.
  • Implement disaster recovery, backup, failover, and business continuity strategies.
  • Optimize cloud costs while maintaining performance, availability, and security.
  • Partner with Engineering, Product, and Security teams to support business goals.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or SRE experience.
  • Proven leadership experience managing technical teams.
  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP production environments.
  • Expertise in Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, CI/CD, cloud networking, and automation.
  • Experience supporting 24/7 SaaS production environments.
  • Strong background in major incident management and critical outage resolution.
  • Solid understanding of cloud security, governance, compliance, and disaster recovery.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Essential: Candidates must have hands-on experience managing live production environments and leading critical incident response processes in cloud-based infrastructures.
