As our business continues to grow, Salesforce plays a critical role in supporting our sales, customer experience, and operational teams. We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator who is passionate about optimizing business processes, maintaining a high-performing CRM environment, and helping teams work more efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Administer and maintain our Salesforce environment, including user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings.
• Build and enhance automations using Salesforce Flow to improve business processes and reduce manual work.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Operations teams to understand business needs and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Maintain data integrity through imports, exports, deduplication, validation, and ongoing database maintenance.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics that provide meaningful insights for leadership and business teams.
• Troubleshoot system issues, resolve user requests, and support Salesforce enhancements and release testing.
• Develop user documentation and provide training to encourage adoption and best practices across the organization.
• Evaluate and implement AppExchange solutions that improve functionality and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for continuous platform improvement.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of experience administering Salesforce in a business environment.
• Active Salesforce Certified Administrator certification required.
• Experience working with Salesforce Flow, reports, dashboards, custom objects, validation rules, and security settings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience supporting retail, e-commerce, customer service, or logistics organizations is a plus.
• Additional Salesforce certifications such as Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Business Analyst are highly desirable.

Salary: 125000 - 145000 USD Per annum
