Why Keyrus, Why Now!
Keyrus is an international group of 2,800 consultants and experts across 29 countries, built on a single conviction: AI does not transform businesses. Architected intelligence does. For more than 30 years, we have been building the data foundations that make intelligent systems work — designing the Operating System of the intelligent enterprise, where intelligence is embedded into the core of business processes to create sustainable value: we operationalise intelligence.
AI does not replace humans. It repositions us to a place no system can follow: understanding, deciding, designing, and creating. At Keyrus, you will not just develop skills—you will develop judgment. Your expertise sharpens with every system you architect, every client challenge you solve, and every deployment that compounds on the last.
Over time, you grow into one of the rarest professionals of the intelligence era: someone who bridges data, AI, and human decision-making at scale, across industries and geographies. This is not a role you fill. It is a discipline you master and a story you help write to become a Keyrus Architect of Intelligence.
Technology amplifies. Keyrus culture differentiates. Industrial discipline connects the two.
📍 Location: Hybrid – Montreal, Canada (2 days per week at the office) 💼 Contract: Permanent, Full-time
WHAT YOU'LL ARCHITECT:
As a Senior IT Business Analyst within our client's Corporate AI & Automation + BI function, you will architect the bridge between business ambition and technology delivery, ensuring every requirement, process, and solution is grounded in real business value. You will represent IT with the business units, challenging expressed needs to maximize impact, and applying a structured approach across people, process, data, and technology. Beyond your own delivery, you will bring a consulting mindset to the role, coaching internal Business Analysts and helping them grow their own capabilities in BI, automation, and AI.
You will:
- Manage BI report/dashboard requests, support BI tool upgrades, and provide data analysis support to projects and other Business Analysts
- Support automation and AI requests from internal analysts and business partners, including use-case assessment, tool selection, and business case evaluation, while coaching them to build their own capabilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business unit needs, facilitating workshops to capture, clarify, and prioritize requirements
- Translate business needs into functional requirements, contribute to solution design, and map current and future processes (AS-IS / TO-BE)
- Produce required artifacts (e.g., URS, FS) and ensure the quality, completeness, and traceability of requirements through the solution lifecycle
- Support project intake, impact analysis, and prioritization, collaborating with architects and IT teams on technology alignment
- Participate in demand management, functional solution design, and validation activities (testing, UAT)
- Ensure requirements account for regulatory, compliance, quality, and information security needs
- Support training, change management, and communication activities to drive solution adoption
WHO YOU ARE:
- You see business analysis as the discipline of turning complexity into structured, high-value solutions, not just documenting requirements
- You naturally connect business challenges with technology opportunities that generate measurable value
- You are comfortable engaging executives and business stakeholders, facilitating workshops, and influencing complex decisions
- You thrive in consultative environments where curiosity, structure, and collaboration create competitive advantage
- You balance rigorous requirements discipline with a genuine interest in your stakeholders' long-term objectives
