Your role
- You support international customers and assist them with using our products as well as with technical questions and issues – by phone, email, and on-site.
- You conduct training sessions for customers and colleagues and represent OMICRON together with our sales team at product presentations, trade fairs, and events.
- You act as the voice of our customers, understand their needs, and actively advocate for their concerns.
- You document customer interactions, maintain our knowledge database, and monitor market requirements to drive the further development of our products.
- You network with our international colleagues, exchange experiences, and actively contribute your product and application expertise to our innovation process.
What makes you a great fit
- You have completed technical training (HTL diploma or university degree) in electrical engineering, electronics, or mechatronics.
- Excellent communication in German and English is no problem for you.
- You are reliable, committed, eager to learn, and want to develop further.

- You are willing to travel internationally for about 10% of your working time.
