Job Purpose: The Product Manager, is responsible for the planning, execution and performance of marketing activities for assigned product categories, ensuring alignment with commercial.
Responsibilities/Results
The job holder:
- Develops and executes category marketing, media, and promotional strategies aligned with brand objectives.
- Drives sales growth, profitability, and category performance through effective planning and execution.
- Analyzes market trends, competition, and consumer insights to identify business opportunities.
- Manages category budgets, marketing investments, and related commercial activities.
- Ensures product and optimal management of products and promotional materials (POP).
- Collaborates with Sales, Trade Marketing, pharmacy chains, and external partners to achieve commercial goals.
- Coordinates local activations, events, and digital initiatives to strengthen brand presence.
- Monitors business performance and provides recommendations to optimize results.
- Ensures compliance with company policies, including Health, Safety & Environmental standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- Master’s degree in Marketing is considered an asset.
- Proven working experience of at least 3-5 years in Marketing or Product Management, preferably in FMCG or pharmacy channel.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Experience in budget management and forecasting.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Very good command of English; additional foreign language is an asset.
