Data Engineer & PowerBI Developer

We are looking for a Data Engineer & Power BI Consultant to join our team and help transform data into actionable business insights through modern cloud-based data platforms and analytics solutions.

In this role, you will work on the design, implementation, and optimization of data platforms, reporting solutions, and business intelligence initiatives. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, build scalable data models, and deliver meaningful dashboards and analytics that drive decision-making.

The role combines data engineering, business intelligence, and cloud data platform expertise, with a strong focus on Azure Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and modern Azure data architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data solutions using: • Azure Databricks

• Microsoft Fabric

• Azure Data Lakehouse architectures

• Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines to support data integration and transformation requirements

• Develop and maintain Power BI solutions, including: • Dashboards

• Reports

• Data models

• DAX measures

• Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across analytical solutions

• Design and optimize datasets for reporting and self-service analytics

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into: • KPIs

• Metrics

• Actionable insights

• Support reporting and analytics initiatives focused on business performance and decision-making

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data architecture, governance, and BI best practices

• Work with modern cloud data platforms and enterprise analytics environments

Requirements

• Degree in: • Computer Engineering

• Information Systems

• Related fields

• 3+ years of proven experience in: • Azure Databricks

• Microsoft Fabric

• Data Engineering projects

• Strong experience with: • Power BI

• Data modelling

• DAX

• Dashboard development

• Performance optimization

• Experience with: • BI and Reporting solutions

• End-user-oriented analytical platforms

• Strong knowledge of: • SQL

• Relational databases

• Data Warehousing concepts

• Experience with: • ETL/ELT processes

• Data transformation

• Data modelling

• Proven experience delivering Azure cloud data solutions, including: • Data Lakehouses

• Modern data platforms

• Ability to translate business requirements into clear and measurable indicators

• Experience working with cloud-based data environments and modern data ecosystems

• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Passion for using data to generate business value and actionable insights
