At 4PS, we are accelerating our cloud and platform engineering capabilities. As Engineering Manager DevOps, you will lead a team responsible for enabling fast, secure, and reliable software delivery while ensuring operational excellence across our platforms and services.

You combine strong technical expertise with inspiring leadership. Your mission is to build a high-performing DevOps organization that empowers development teams, drives automation, and ensures the reliability and scalability of our products.

What will you do?

• Lead, coach, and develop the DevOps team, supporting individual growth and team performance.

• Define and execute the DevOps roadmap aligned with Product Technology objectives.

• Drive continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines, developer tooling, automation, and platform capabilities.

• Ensure operational reliability, monitoring, observability, and incident management across 4PS platforms.

• Promote security, quality, compliance, and engineering best practices throughout the software delivery lifecycle.

• Collaborate with Product, Development, Support, and Technology teams to improve delivery speed, service quality, and customer experience.

• Monitor KPIs and DevOps maturity metrics, using data-driven insights to drive improvements.

• Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, automation, and continuous learning.

What do you bring?

• Proven experience leading DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or Infrastructure teams.

• Strong knowledge of Azure cloud environments, CI/CD, automation, monitoring, and modern software delivery practices.

• Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, observability platforms, and security tooling.

• Solid understanding of Agile ways of working and cross-functional collaboration.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• A passion for developing people, improving processes, and driving operational excellence.
