As Technical Writers, we are strongly dedicated to the creation and regular updates of clear and concise end-user documentation, working independently or collaboratively on different projects, and interacting closely with customer-facing teams to create valuable information resources.
Key responsibilities
- Create and maintain clear, engaging, high‑quality documentation that supports user success and follows company standards
- Improve and refine existing content to enhance usability, maintaining a consistent tone, structure, and visual style across all documentation
- Research product updates to plan and prioritize documentation needs
- Gather information and turn it into well-structured, user-focused content
- Create and manage documentation translation projects as needed, ensuring consistent formatting across all languages
Essential requirements
- BS or MS in a technical or linguistic field
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- 3+ years of technical writing experience (preferably within a team)
- Strong understanding of structured writing and technical content development, familiarity with topic‑based authoring
- Experience with MadCap Flare or MadCap Lingo is a plus
Desired skills and competencies
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and explain them simply
- Excellent research, interpretation and time-management skills, keen sense of ownership and customer focus, effective communication skills
- Knowledge of minimalism and single‑sourcing, a proactive, quality‑driven approach to work, familiarity with 2D electrical schematics and/or 3D panel design
- Experience managing documentation translation projects across multiple languages or creating audience-targeted video content
