Job Description

Senior MSSQL Database Administrator is a role for experienced technical experts who want to use their competences in complex cases and demanding challenges to discover new opportunities and develop career path.

Through unusual requests demanding creative approach, complex problems to solve, delivering expert level consultations for business and becoming a technical leader for a team of database administrators – Senior MSSQL DBA may find new perspective to grow and expand competences

Senior MSSQL DBA is responsible for solving high complexity incidents and investigating problems, participating in designing and delivering projects, being a technical leader, mentor and role model for team of database administrators.

Job Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of relational databases theory.

• Deep experience in MSSQL database administration.

• Deep experience in MSSQL database querying (T-SQL).

• Deep experience in MSSQL database provisioning.

• Experience in MSSQL performance tuning.

• Experience in Data Warehouses.

• Knowledge of Microsoft SSIS, SSRS, SSAS.

• Experience in Azure or another public cloud solution (AWS, GCP).

• Readiness to take up new challenges, learn and develop.

• Responsible and mature attitude.

• High level of communication skills.

• Understanding business needs and ability to act as customer partner and advisor.

• Ability to work as a technical leader for the team.

• Good command of English spoken and written (B2/C1 upper intermediate level / advanced).

In plus:

• Experience in Windows Server.

• German or French

Responsibilities:

• Day to day support and maintenance of MSSQL databases.
