Job Title: Business Systems Analyst (BSA)

Location: Pontiac, MI (Hybrid) Job Type: Long-Term Contract Interview: Video or In-Person

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to support technology projects across Infrastructure Services, including Networking, Servers, Workstations, Microsoft 365, VOIP Telecommunications, and Service Center teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business data and prepare technical requirements.

Support technology projects and ensure timely delivery of project requirements.

Conduct research, testing, and implementation of technology solutions.

Create procedures to improve existing systems and business processes.

Provide training and technical support to end users.

Prepare Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Contract Scope of Deliverables.

Coordinate with infrastructure and technical teams.

Must-Have Skills:

Strong experience with Microsoft 365 (M365) Productivity Suite.

Hands-on Data Analytics experience.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to independently manage project assignments.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with contracts and Request for Proposals (RFPs).

Webex Calling Platform.

Telecommunications Expense Management.

ServiceNow integrations, including Asset Management, Inventory Management, and CMDB Discovery.
