WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Technical Project Manager (TPM) – RPL10 Program

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of the RPL10 Program. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and resource requirements. Coordinate hiring and onboarding activities to ensure programme staffing aligns with delivery timelines. Act as the primary liaison with Meta, facilitating communication and alignment across all stakeholders. Track progress across workstreams, proactively identifying risks, issues, and delivery blockers. Establish and maintain risk mitigation plans and escalate critical issues where required. Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, and ensure actions are driven to completion. Provide regular status updates, executive reporting, and programme health metrics to leadership. Collaborate with technical, operational, and business teams to ensure successful programme outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience Proven experience managing complex technical projects or programmes in a fast-paced environment. Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working across multiple teams and leadership levels. Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, risks, dependencies, and competing priorities. Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills. Experience with project management tools and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, PMP, or PRINCE2 is desirable.
