At Eni, we are looking for a Data Analyst to join Eni Plenitude France. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Finance, Sales, Operations and Customer Service, to transform data into actionable insights that drive business performance. You will play a key role in analysing, interpreting and enhancing data to support commercial growth, optimise the customer experience, address business needs and enable strategic decision-making, ultimately contributing to the company’s operational efficiency and long-term success.

Main responsibilities
- Data Collection and Processing: Extract, transform and structure data from a variety of internal and external sources.
- Data Analysis: Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify trends, customer behaviours and performance drivers.
- Data Visualisation and Reporting: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards (Power BI) and establish and monitor business KPIs.
- Advanced Analytics: Contribute to the development of models, forecasts and predictive analyses.
- Optimisation and Recommendations: Provide actionable insights to improve processes, marketing campaigns and the customer experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams, including IT, developers and data scientists, while partnering with business departments to understand analytical needs and business objectives.
- Data Culture: Promote data-driven decision-making and support internal teams in the effective use of data and KPI management.
Skills and experience required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (BSc/MSc) in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in data visualisation tools, particularly Power BI.
- Good knowledge of data analysis languages and tools, including SQL, Python and R.
- Experience with Big Data and/or Cloud environments (Azure, Google Cloud Platform or AWS) would be an advantage.
- Significant experience in data analysis.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and intellectual curiosity.
- Ability to translate complex analyses into clear, meaningful and impactful insights for different audiences.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across multiple functions.
- Well-organised, self-motivated and capable of managing priorities independently.
- Results-oriented, with strong influencing and communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
