Full description

As a Product Manager, Intake & Enrollment at Mom's Meals, you'll own the capabilities, workflows, and experiences that support the earliest stages of the customer journey, from referral and enrollment through qualification and intake. You'll work closely with case managers, care coordinators, providers, health plans, and internal operations teams to streamline processes, reduce friction, and improve customer outcomes.

Partnering with engineering, research, design, analytics, and business stakeholders, you'll translate customer, user, and operational insights into scalable solutions that improve efficiency, conversion, and service delivery. Salesforce will be a core platform within your product domain, requiring a strong understanding of CRM-driven workflows, customer experiences, and operational processes. This role is ideal for a product manager who enjoys solving operational challenges, improving workflow efficiency, and creating seamless experiences at the front door of the customer journey.

Salary range: $110,000-130,000 plus 10% bonus

Remote hires will be required to travel to our headquarters in Ankeny, IA (company paid) on their first day for orientation.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to

  • Own product capabilities supporting referral management, eligibility, intake, enrollment, and other top-of-funnel customer experiences
  • Partner with Intake, Customer Care, Operations, Marketing, providers, case managers, care coordinators, and health plan stakeholders to identify workflow challenges and opportunities for improvement
  • Conduct user interviews, analyze workflows, and review operational data to uncover pain points and opportunities to improve customer and employee experiences
  • Monitor referral, intake, enrollment, conversion, throughput, and adoption metrics, prioritizing enhancements that improve operational performance and customer outcomes
  • Translate business needs and discovery findings into workflow journeys, product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Partner closely with Salesforce administrators, architects, and engineering teams to improve Salesforce-based workflows, automation, and user experiences
  • Collaborate with engineering to deliver solutions that are scalable, usable, and operationally effective
  • Support product launches, training, documentation, and adoption strategies to ensure successful implementation of new capabilities
  • Communicate priorities, progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders and business partners
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to define reporting and visibility needed to support intake operations and product performance

Required Skills and Experience

  • 4-6 years’ product management experience, preferably within healthcare, healthcare technology, or other regulated industries
  • Experience working with Salesforce CRM and customer-facing workflow management systems
  • Experience supporting referral management, intake, enrollment, customer onboarding, lead management, customer acquisition, or other top-of-funnel business processes
  • Understanding of Medicaid programs, managed care organizations, provider networks, care coordination, case management, or referral-driven healthcare services
  • Demonstrated ability to manage product capabilities from discovery through delivery in Agile environments
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use operational and customer data to drive prioritization decisions
  • Experience applying AI-enabled tools and automation to improve operational workflows, product management effectiveness, and customer or business outcomes
  • Ability to translate complex business processes into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to build trust across business and technology teams.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn and grow
