The role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and commercially aware Business Analyst to drive data-driven decision making across the organisation. You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business teams and data teams, helping drive data-led decision-making across the organisation. You will work closely with teams across Commercial, Digital, Finance, and our local markets to understand their goals and ensure data solutions, reporting, and insights deliver maximum business value.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery team with testing, validation, and UAT activities.

What You'll bring:

  • 2+ years of experience as a business analyst, preferably in a media, advertising or digital environment.
  • Strong skills in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and documentation
  • Experience working alongside data teams (analytics, engineering, BI)
