Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Water Mitigation Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with extensive water mitigation in sales experience who is equally passionate about building client relationships and generating new business. In addition to leading restoration projects, you will identify sales opportunities, educate customers on our services, and help grow our customer base through exceptional service and proactive business development. The ideal candidate is technically skilled, highly organized, and comfortable communicating with homeowners, property managers, insurance professionals, and commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Minimum 2+ years of direct water mitigation sales experience.
- Proven experience in water damage restoration, mitigation sales, estimating, or restoration-related work.
- Xactimate and Matterport experience is strongly preferred.
- Prepare, review, and maintain scope sheets to accurately document required restoration work.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of water mitigation procedures, structural drying, moisture mapping, and restoration equipment.
- Review and maintain dry logs and ensure documentation accurately reflects the drying and mitigation process.
- Ensure project documentation is accurate, complete, and communicated to the appropriate parties.
- Communicate effectively with the Crew Chief regarding, customer expectations, scope of work, and changes in plan.
- Answer customer and team questions regarding equipment, drying procedures, project timelines, and mitigation activities.
- Identify additional services or work required based on site conditions and communicate recommendations clearly.
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional restoration and remediation services that benefit customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, property managers, insurance adjusters, plumbers and contractors.
