About the Role

We're a fast-growing, Series A-backed AI platform company focused on automating complex customer operations for financial services institutions — think lending, disputes, KYC, collections, insurance claims, and more. Our specialist AI agents handle end-to-end workflows compliantly and at scale, and we're trusted by leading names in banking and fintech.

As a Senior Agent Product Manager, you'll sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer success — owning the full lifecycle of enterprise AI deployments from pre-sales through live implementation. You'll be the primary technical and strategic partner for our enterprise customers, ensuring they achieve real, measurable outcomes with our platform. This is a high-impact, forward-deployed role on a small, sharp team solving genuinely hard problems in AI-powered operations.

This is an on-site role based in Los Angeles, CA. Visa sponsorship is not available.

What You'll Do

  • Scope and lead end-to-end implementation projects that deeply embed our AI platform into customer operations, driving strategic outcomes.
  • Own delivery and integration of our platform into enterprise customer environments, ensuring high-quality outcomes throughout.
  • Conduct deep-dive discovery to define customer objectives, technical requirements, and the operational landscape for each deployment.
  • Guide customers in tailoring and optimizing AI agent capabilities to solve unique operational challenges and maximize end-user resolution rates.
  • Proactively analyze performance data to track AI effectiveness, drive continuous improvement, and ensure customers realize measurable value.
  • Serve as the primary technical interface for customers during pre-sales — assisting with proof-of-concepts (POCs), technical due diligence, and managing the transition to full implementation.
  • Collaborate closely with internal AI, Engineering, and Sales teams as the "voice of the customer" to shape the product roadmap.
  • Build scalable, high-quality onboarding and implementation processes that set all customers up for long-term success.
  • Manage project risks and governance related to AI deployment, ensuring solutions meet compliance, security, and responsible AI standards.

What We're Looking For

Must-haves:

  • 5+ years in forward-deployed, customer-facing technical roles delivering enterprise software or AI platform implementations.
  • Hands-on experience with APIs, system integrations, and technical solution design in enterprise environments.
  • Proven track record of owning and delivering complex, multi-stakeholder technical projects end-to-end — from scoping through go-live.
  • Experience conducting deep-dive discovery and gathering complex business and technical requirements from enterprise customers.
  • Comfortable using analytical tools and SQL or data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery) to analyze performance metrics and guide decisions.
  • Experience supporting pre-sales cycles, including designing and running POCs and technical due diligence.
  • Experience managing compliance, security, or risk governance requirements in regulated or enterprise technology deployments.
  • Strong communicator across all audiences — from engineering teams to senior executive stakeholders.
  • Thrives in ambiguity; proactively creates structure and drives clarity where none exists.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a pragmatic, outcome-oriented approach to problem-solving.

Nice to haves:

  • Background in financial services, banking, fintech, or other regulated industries.
  • Experience with AI/ML product management, agent-based automation, or intelligent workflow design.
  • Experience designing and scaling customer onboarding or implementation playbooks.
  • Familiarity with responsible AI, AI governance frameworks, or ethical AI deployment standards.
