Product Manager Especialista

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Manager Especialista based in Brazil.

This is a senior product leadership opportunity supporting a strategic innovation initiative focused on Artificial Intelligence and conversational experiences.You will lead product evolution end-to-end, translating strategic objectives into clear priorities, execution plans, and measurable outcomes.Working across Product, UX, Technology, Data, and AI teams, you will connect multidisciplinary squads and ensure everyone is aligned around the same goals.The role combines product strategy with hands-on delivery management, including roadmap, backlog, dependencies, risks, and key decisions.You will operate in a fast-paced environment characterized by complexity and ambiguity, bringing structure to challenging problems and driving decisions forward.Strong stakeholder management will be essential as you engage with internal teams, business stakeholders, and external strategic partners.This is an opportunity to shape innovative AI-powered products while influencing execution across multiple teams and workstreams.

Accountabilities:

• Lead the end-to-end construction and evolution of the product, ensuring strategic objectives, milestones, and expected outcomes remain on track.

• Define and manage the product roadmap, backlog, prioritization, and execution plan, balancing business objectives, user needs, technical considerations, and available capacity.

• Lead and coordinate multiple squads, providing clarity around priorities, scope, dependencies, decisions, and next steps.

• Organize and facilitate Agile ceremonies, governance forums, and progress reviews to maintain execution momentum.

• Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, blockers, and critical decisions, proactively identifying issues that could affect delivery.

• Establish strong alignment across Product, UX, Technology, AI, Data, Business, and other internal teams.

• Manage relationships with external strategic partners and coordinate their activities with internal squads and stakeholders.

• Translate strategic objectives into clearly defined problems, hypotheses, priorities, initiatives, and actionable execution plans.

• Provide executive-level visibility into product progress, key risks, dependencies, and decisions requiring attention.

• Use data, user insights, learnings, and stakeholder feedback to continuously evaluate and improve the product.

• Structure complex and ambiguous problems, facilitate decision-making, and maintain focus in a high-speed environment.

• Lead through influence rather than direct authority, creating alignment and accountability across multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements:

• Solid professional experience as a Senior Product Manager, Project Manager, Delivery Lead, or Product Lead.

• Proven experience leading products or strategic projects involving multiple squads and diverse stakeholders.

• Experience working in digital, technology, or similarly complex environments.

• Strong command of backlog management, prioritization, roadmap development, and delivery planning.

• Practical experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or similar frameworks.

• Excellent organizational, prioritization, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

• Ability to lead, influence, and align multidisciplinary teams without direct managerial authority.

• Hands-on profile with strong ownership, accountability, and results orientation.

• Ability to move comfortably between strategic planning and operational execution.

• Demonstrated ability to structure problems and make decisions in environments with high ambiguity, complexity, and speed.

• Fluent English, with the ability to actively participate in and lead meetings, ceremonies, stakeholder discussions, and other professional forums in English.

• Experience with AI, Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, automation, or conversational products is a strong advantage.

• Familiarity with AI product challenges such as quality, context, security, latency, scalability, and cost is desirable.

• Experience with system and service integrations through APIs is a plus.

• Previous experience managing external partners or complex partnership structures is advantageous.

• Experience in fintech, banking, or technology companies is desirable.
