Job Description

• You will design, develop, publish, and maintain Power BI solutions such as dashboards, reports, semantic models, DAX measures, and Power Query transformations.
• You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, define KPIs, and turn complex data into clear visualizations and actionable insights.
• You will help improve reporting quality by applying standards for governance, usability, accessibility, performance, and data quality.
• You will collaborate with data engineering and platform teams to support reliable data availability, scalable model design, and trusted analytics.
• You will contribute to stronger self-service analytics by sharing best practices, supporting users, and helping drive continuous improvement in reporting and insight delivery.

Requirements

• Advanced hands-on experience with Power BI, including report development, Power BI Service, semantic modelling, DAX, and Power Query.
• Strong knowledge of business intelligence, data analysis, KPI design, reporting frameworks, and visualization principles.
• Knowledge of dimensional data modelling, SQL, data quality, metadata, and governed reporting practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Power BI development, data analytics, business intelligence, or a comparable role, delivering enterprise dashboards, semantic models, and scalable reporting solutions.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into analytical models, KPIs, visualizations, and technical specifications in an enterprise environment.
• Experience optimizing reporting solutions for performance, usability, governance, and user adoption.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams in an international enterprise environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Azure, Microsoft Fabric, or similar enterprise analytics platforms.
• Understanding of agile product development, lifecycle management, and deployment practices for analytics solutions.
• Experience supporting or mentoring business users and developers in analytics, data visualization, and reporting best practices.
