DevOps Engineer

Project Role : DevOps Engineer Project Role Description : Responsible for building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure utilizing knowledge in continuous integration, delivery, and deployment (CI/CD), Cloud technologies, Container Orchestration and Security. Build and test end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that systems are safe against security threats. Summary: As a Developer, your day involves designing and implementing new development tools and infrastructure to support software development processes. You will focus on creating efficient workflows that enable continuous integration, delivery, and deployment. Your role includes setting up environments that facilitate seamless collaboration among teams while maintaining system reliability and security. You will also monitor and optimize the performance of these systems to ensure smooth operations and rapid delivery of software updates. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align infrastructure with project goals is a key part of your daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline development and deployment processes. - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability. - Document processes and configurations to support knowledge sharing within the team. - Assist junior team members in understanding and adopting best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow. - Experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure automation tools. - Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines. - Knowledge of container orchestration technologies and security best practices. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues efficiently.

Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
