Full description

About us:

BetterMe — a global wellness ecosystem empowering millions to become better — physically, mentally, and emotionally. We build what makes people better and keep challenging ourselves to inspire others.

We are looking for a Business Analyst to work in a cross-functional environment, involving iOS, Android, and Backend teams and collaborating closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Analytics, and other stakeholders.

Your impact:

  • Translate business needs into clear, complete, and actionable requirements.
  • Independently drive requirements gathering, analysis, and refinement end-to-end — proactively identifying gaps, exploring possible approaches, and helping shape the solution together with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Gather and analyze requirements, proactively identifying ambiguities, gaps, dependencies, edge cases, and potential risks.
  • Lead and facilitate grooming sessions to refine and de-risk product requirements before development starts.
  • Develop and maintain documentation (PRD, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria) written with the end reader in mind — precise, non-contradictory, and genuinely usable by engineers, QA, and products.
  • Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to build a shared understanding of the problem and solution.
  • Effectively manage multiple parallel tasks, maintain important context and commitments, and proactively communicate risks and blockers.
  • Use AI tools to support research, analysis, requirements refinement, and documentation while critically validating AI-generated outputs and taking ownership of the final result.

About you:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Experience working with B2C digital products and/or products with a large user base.
  • Strong requirements analysis skills and attention to detail, with the ability to turn ambiguous needs into clear and actionable requirements.
  • Demonstrated ownership mindset: comfortable taking a task from ambiguous input to a finished, reliable deliverable with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially when managing multiple parallel workstreams.
  • Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle, including how frontend/mobile and backend systems interact.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools and ability to effectively incorporate them into everyday BA activities while critically evaluating their output.
  • English level — Upper Intermediate.

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with mobile products.
  • Experience in healthtech, wellness, or fitness products.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and Figma.
