In Bratislava (3 days on-site) within the Telco industry, we are actively seeking a professional to strengthen our team.

This is you

• 3+ years of experience in system integration and backend integration testing

• Strong experience testing REST and SOAP/WS integrations, including request/response validation, error handling, timeouts, retries, and end-to-end tracing

• Practical knowledge of XML — XSD, XSLT, XPath

• Experience with Java and API automation frameworks such as RestAssured and Serenity BDD

• Experience with Kibana / Elasticsearch for log analysis and tracing requests via correlation IDs

• Good knowledge of SQL databases, ideally Oracle (PL/SQL) and/or PostgreSQL

• Experience with JIRA, TestRail, Git, Jenkins, and Swagger

Nice-to-have skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially when working with incomplete or changing documentation

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Collaborative mindset and ability to work closely with BAs, developers, architects, and Operations

• Slovak/Czech at fluent/native level, English - B1 level or higher

• University degree in IT, telecommunications, or another technical field, or equivalent professional experience

This is your role

• Develop and execute automated integration and E2E tests for the entire customer order lifecycle, including activation, modification, termination, migrations, and technical interventions. Test REST and SOAP/WS integrations across systems.

• Validate BPMN workflow processes and test real customer scenarios to ensure accurate functionality.

• Use tools like Kibana/Elasticsearch to trace errors by correlation ID in a distributed environment. Verify data consistency in databases, focusing on order status transitions and service inventory.

• Prepare and maintain test data, including devices, subscribers, homes passed, and product configurations, to support testing needs.

• Work with Business Analysts and Architects to define E2E test scenarios. Create and manage test plans, cases, and reports in TestRail, supporting SIT/UAT phases.

• Participate in code reviews of test scripts to ensure alignment with testing standards and objectives.

• The basic salary component from 2800 Eur gross/month - the exact amount of the salary depends on the actual knowledge and experience, qualifications and expertise of the candidate.
